Vegetable-Flower Pie

Vegetable pies are always good! But I get bored of just dice the vegetables and throw them onto the pastry. So I decided to do it differently this time. I arranged the vegetables like a flower and used the color of the skin to make a colorful and nice pie. We say, you eat also with your eyes! And I am sure this pie is a highlight on the table!
